Carleigh Reiffer is an emerging artist born in Jacksonville, North Carolina in 2002 to a Military family. She specializes in hand-built sculptural ceramics, and graduated from Longwood University (Farmville, VA) with a BFA in Studio Art, Craft and Design and a Minor in Art History. Currently Reiffer is pursuing her MFA at Western Michigan University. Reiffer has interned at Sugar Maples Center for Creative arts where she assisted numerous artists in workshops. She also interned for Mud Tools in North Carolina. Notable exhibitions of her work include Point of Departure and Working Artist at the Longwood Center for Visual Arts, Sustain Wood Fire 2025 International Juried Student Exhibition, and Western Drift during NCECA 2026.
